What will you do?
Reporting to Project Manager for government projects
Familiar with Mindef and DSTA environment and processes is a plus.
Competent in Video Conferencing System i.e. Cisco unified communication
Competent in IT Security Management and IT security compliance and QA management
Competent in service management, configuration management, incident management, stakeholder management, and vendor management.
Presentation to key project stakeholders.
Strong communication to the various stakeholders ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
Proper service documentation creation and archival.
Present service performance to stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess:
At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Postgraduate diploma in IT or engineering field; preferably a degree in a similar field.
Preferably ITIL and/or PMP certification.
Must be a Singapore Citizen.
