
Assistant Manager, Human Resource

This position will provide specialist support and manage systems/IT projects for Human Resource processes.
Plan and manage HRIS projects.
Drive system implementation activities such as developing specifications/change requests/UAT cases.
Recommend best-fit solutions to meet business requirements.
Support data migration and validation.
Develop security matrix and system roles and enhancing workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage system administration activities such as validation of employee data, leading users in data verification process, improving process/system designs to enhance data accuracy and reduce duplication.
Develop standard operating system guides and training system users, and design analytics and reports to measure business objectives’ progress.
Support or participate in relevant Group HR projects and initiatives from time to time.
Job Requirements
Degree with specialisation in Human Resource Management, Economics or Management or equivalent; additional formal qualification in Information Technology will be highly regarded.
At least 4 years of relevant experience.
User knowledge and experience in SAP HR, MS Access, MS SharePoint, VBA, etc. will be an advantage.
Successful participation in large volume data migration exercises and system development life cycle (SDLC) projects, and in-depth understanding of local and overseas employment and statutory contribution legislations is preferred.
Possess strong project management background and numeric/analytics inclination.
