  • We are seeking an experienced Audiovisual Specialist to provide advanced support and maintenance of audiovisual systems across various client sites. ">

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment, including video conferencing, audio systems, projectors, digital signage, and control systems. ">
  • Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network integration. ">
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance of AV equipment. ">
  • Install, configure, and test AV equipment, including microphones, speakers, displays, video walls, and control systems. ">
  • Support the integration of AV with IT systems, such as Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. ">
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers during system installations and upgrades. ">
  • Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system. ">
  • Provide training and guidance to end users and junior technicians. ">
  • Maintain inventory of AV equipment and tools, and coordinate RMA or warranty repairs when necessary. ">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 1+ years of experience in AV field support or a similar role. ">
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and troubleshooting methods. ">
  • Hands-on experience with AV control systems or related technologies. ">
  • Proficiency with video conferencing platforms, such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom. ">
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and VLANs. ">
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. ">
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in the field. ">
  • Willingness to travel to various clients' sites. ">
