Technical Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical support and maintenance for all audiovisual equipment and systems on-site.

The ideal candidate should have experience in facilities management or a related field, with certifications in Mechanical, Air-Con, Electrical, or Facility Management.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain PA, AV, and VC systems and equipment.
  • Service and troubleshoot systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Participate in event setup and ensure seamless execution.
  • Work with contractors for repairs and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Professional Certificate or ITE/NTC certification in Mechanical, Air-Con, Electrical, or Facility Management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with test equipment and site repairs.
  • Awareness of electrical and airconditioning systems.
  • Familiarity with facilities management software.
