About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiovisual Support Specialist to join our team. As an Audiovisual Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and technical support for audiovisual equipment at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective technical support for audiovisual equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
  • Work closely with the service team to improve service standards and processes.
Requirements:
  • Possess experience in servicing and repairing TVs or audio-visual systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (required for outdoor technician roles).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
