Audiovisual Systems Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audiovisual Systems Manager to oversee the setup, maintenance, and operation of AV equipment in our educational environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    

  • Setup and maintain all AV equipment to meet the needs of staff and students.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions for staff on the use of AV equipment and software.
  • Troubleshoot and repair faults with AV equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of AV hardware and software inventory, including procurement and disposal processes.
  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing AV equipment and accessories, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • Offer technical support to staff and students, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as audiovisual technology or electronics engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in AV management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in AV equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
