**Job Overview**

This role is responsible for managing and maintaining audiovisual equipment in a school environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with AV systems, be proficient in operating and troubleshooting various types of equipment, and possess strong technical skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Set up, operate, and maintain audiovisual equipment in the school compounds.
  • Provide technical support for events, meetings, and lessons.
  • Assist teachers with video-recording school events and lessons.
  • Manage and maintain audiovisual resources, including procurement and asset management.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on projectors, speakers, microphones, and other AV equipment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a school environment.
  • Relevant skills and experience with AV equipment, handling, and systems.
  • Proficiency in operating and simple troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, including sound systems, projectors, video cameras, lighting equipment, and control systems.
  • Familiarity with audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.

**Benefits:**

  • Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
  • Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break.
  • No service required on Sundays and gazetted public holidays.
  • EA License No: 96C4864.

**Others:**

  • Videography and photography services may be required on Saturdays for school events.
  • The successful candidate will be required to undergo regular audits and training sessions.
