**Job Description**:
+ Lead projects on audiovisual and work closely with Project Manager and Project Director.

+ Support PAVA design for acoustics projects in Singapore, Southeast Asia and Asia.

+ Be responsible for writing/ mentoring and reviewing reports and associated technical output with multinational clients and government agencies;
+ Participate in key activities associated with the development of the audiovisual design disciplines with the respective leads in each major country/region; attend weekly team meetings and participate in technical knowledge transfer sessions and technical conferences.

+ Perform site visit/inspection and supervise subcontractors as required for the projects handled.

+ Support other projects in Singapore and other regions as and when required.

+ Support team manager in project and proposal management as well as administrative duties

+ Shall carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures of the company.

+ Shall report quality, environmental, health and safety problems or any suggestions to his/her immediate superior.

+ Shall perform other duties that his/her immediate superior may assign from time to time.

**Qualifications**:
+ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines (e.g. ICT).

+ Minimum of 5 years experience in audiovisual consultancy. Less qualified applicants will be considered for junior positions.

+ Take initiative at workplace.

+ Good working knowledge of integrated audiovisual and video conferencing solutions.

+ Good working knowledge of PAVA modelling in ODEON, EASE or CATT will be highly regarded.

+ Working knowledge of CAD, GIS, Revit or BIM.

+ Excellent technical writing and presentation skills

+ Highly proficient in English for technical writing and presentation.

+ Experience in acoustics design or stage lighting will be highly regarded.
