Assistant Director (Transformation): Supports the Deputy Director in executing PA’s C2030 Implementation Plan, focusing on operational excellence, process improvements, and project delivery. Assists in the management of various transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and providing coordination across workstreams and PA units. Supports the planning, communication, and implementation of transformation projects to drive efficiency, innovation, and organizational growth. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Support Transformation Initiatives: Assist the Deputy Director in the development and execution of the C2030 Implementation Plan, ensuring alignment with PA’s strategic goals. Support the implementation of digital transformation, process improvements, and change management initiatives. Project Management: Oversee specific projects or workstreams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget. Assist in the coordination of project resources, including internal teams and external vendors. Track project progress, identify risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues. Provide updates on project status, key milestones, and performance metrics to senior management. Cross-Divisional Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for PA units involved in transformation initiatives. Coordinate with workstream leads to ensure alignment of goals and resource allocation. Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to transformation initiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, outlining progress. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure projects deliver desired results. Change Management and Communication: Support the Deputy Director in developing communication strategies for transformation projects. Create change management materials, including training programs and workshops. Foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather input and address concerns. Assist the Director in leading meetings with senior management. Create communication materials to ensure transparency and engagement. Risk Management: Identify risks to the execution of transformation initiatives and assist in developing mitigation plans. Collaborate with teams to ensure risks are monitored throughout the project lifecycle. Team Support and Leadership: Provide support to the Transformation Office team, ensuring collaboration and effective workflow management. Mentor junior team members on project management techniques. Foster a positive team culture promoting accountability and high performance. Staffing: Provide secretariat support for the Transformation Committee. Provide regular updates to facilitate informed decision-making. Experience: Minimum - Five years’ experience in a managerial level job. Desired - Experience in grassroots and community work, stakeholder management, and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience or professional certification in Project Management or Change Management is a plus. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
