Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately, verifying order details and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or mail, resolving issues related to pricing, product numbers, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, resolve queries, and optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to urgent customer calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales representatives.
  • Generate Statements of Accounts (SOA) and sales reports for the sales team as needed.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for order and transaction records.
  • Process cheque clearances and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Utilize Dynamics 365 Business Central for order management, reporting, and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Qualifications in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Bilingual in English, Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in business communications.
