Role Overview :
As a
Customer Experience & CRM Manager , you will be the key person in managing
customer feedback , improving
service quality , and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You’ll handle
feedback cases , ensure prompt
resolutions , and work closely with internal teams to enhance
customer satisfaction . Your
insights
will shape how we engage with customers and improve our overall
service standards .
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage the
CRM system
( Salesforce ) for
customer data
and
feedback management .
Monitor and respond to
customer complaints
and
feedback
across multiple channels.
Ensure
cases are resolved
and closed promptly, liaising with relevant departments ( Sales ,
Service ,
Legal , etc.).
Work closely with
stakeholders
to address low
survey scores
and identify areas for improvement.
Compile and analyze
customer feedback trends , providing actionable
insights
to improve
service delivery .
Support the execution of
CRM programs ,
loyalty initiatives , and
ownership benefits .
Assist with
marketing
and
event administration
related to
customer experience .
What We’re Looking For :
1 to 3 years of experience in
customer-facing roles , ideally with
CRM
and
feedback management .
Strong
communication skills , both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with various teams and customers.
Experience using
Salesforce
or similar
CRM tools , with an understanding of
data management .
Analytical mindset , capable of interpreting
customer feedback
and implementing improvements.
Proactive,
detail-oriented , and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
