Job Description
The Guest Experience Executive is responsible for the daily operations of the Executive Club Lounge, ensuring that the highest level of hospitality is delivered, including F&B services, Concierge services, and creating an experience throughout the guest's stay.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervise and direct the team of Guest Experience Executives to ensure that personalized care is provided to all hotel guests at Heart of House throughout their stay.
Manage the Pullman Singapore Orchard guest experience through a seamless flow of processes.
Uphold a flawless impression and perception of Pullman Singapore Orchard services, products, and colleagues.
Accommodate all guest needs and requests, anticipating guest needs, and creating memorable experiences through personalized service.
Work with all departments to ensure seamless service.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge And Experience
Minimum 'O' level qualification
Excellent written and communication skills in English and ability to communicate in a second language
Good technical knowledge of Heart of House and Guest Services Operations
Knowledge in supervisory functions like staff rostering, room assignment, requisition order, basic training, and coaching
Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
Knowledge and experience in problem-solving
Knowledge of Opera (PMS)
