Office Reception and Administrative Support

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Reception and Administrative Support professional to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations, including receiving visitors, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Support HR activities, including employee record maintenance and onboarding coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
