Job Title:
Front Office Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of accuracy in managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing mails and documents

• Manage visitor logbooks and greet visitors, clients, and employees with a professional demeanor

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and queries promptly and accurately

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings

• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

• Perform data entry, filing, and document management tasks

• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

• Assist in coordinating HR activities such as maintaining employee records and onboarding processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
