We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team as an Administration Support.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front office support, managing phone calls and enquiries, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. They will also assist with event coordination, student supervision, and other ad hoc duties as assigned by the school's administration manager or designated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Reception duties: attending to visitors, students, and staff
- Administrative support: data entry, filing, document management, and stationery control
- Event/programme support: logistics coordination, student supervision, or after-school activities depending on role
- Minimum secondary education (with English proficiency)
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in administration, reception, or school engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to operate office machines (e.g., copiers, laminators)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented, organised, and meticulous
