Singapore Beckman Coulter Dx North America Full time

As the Pricing Manager for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in driving sales pricing to enhance the value of Beckman. Your responsibilities will involve managing strategic pricing for both existing business (CW, Menu Expansion, Annual Price Increase) and new business (deal modeling for effective ZBA comp wins).This position is an integral part of the SWA Commercial team based in Mumbai. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to continuously reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.Reporting to the Managing Director of Bec Dx SWA, you will have the opportunity to drive and support pricing strategy for SWA. Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end delivery and implementation of the pricing strategy. You will ensure deal models that optimize Gross margin and win rates, focusing on Value selling/Total cost of ownership, market benchmarking of pricing, and creating Price Calculator/ROI tool. Additionally, you will lead efforts to drive direct and indirect price increases with customers by closely collaborating with sales teams and unbundling FOC service with the service team.To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Commercial/Financial management within healthcare organizations. A Bachelor's degree along with a Master's degree in business/finance or CA with at least 5 years of experience is required. Prior experience in Commercial pricing and Financial Analysis, commercial competence, and skills are essential. You should possess the ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results, and drive change.Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, will be advantageous in this role.Join our dynamic team today and together, we will accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
