Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services, and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized technology components into Singapore to support our regional subsidiaries and branches worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
Drive key projects in Card Operations to increase efficiency, improve productivity, and enhance customer journey.
Execute standardization, risk, and control agenda in Cards product-processes, ensuring compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
Prepare risk review reports, report findings, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Review and recommend process improvements for productivity effectiveness and efficiency.
Develop training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures.
Manage the Business Continuity Planning (BCP) exercises in Card Operations.
Job Requirements
Degree Holder
Preferably 3 - 5 years' experience in operations/process re-engineering function.
Able to multi-task and cope with change in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous with an eye for detail and quality mindset.
