Technical Solutions Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing on-site troubleshooting, identifying root causes, conducting tests, and implementing corrective solutions.

They will manage on-site work independently with minimal support from the technical office and liaise with international manufacturers to resolve technical issues.

The Technical Solutions Professional will also prepare and define site procedures for on-site activities, produce detailed illustrated service reports after every site visit, and participate in Site Acceptance Tests with clients, partners, and suppliers.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution and at least 5 years of relevant working experience.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset are required, along with detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn attitude.
