Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

The Site Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing on-site troubleshooting and analyzing problems to resolve client issues. This will involve working independently with limited assistance from the technical office and liaising with manufacturers to resolve clients' concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and analysis to resolve client issues
  • Work independently with limited assistance from the technical office
  • Liaise with manufacturers to resolve clients' concerns
  • Maintain service projects documentation up-to-date, accessible, and stored online
  • Prepare spare-parts delivery documents and ensure projects follow-up by frequent communication with clients, partners, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Engineering degree holder from a recognized university (preferably mechanical or electrical)
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Willingness to learn and take initiatives
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Ability to perform on-site troubleshooting and coordination, resolve customer complaints, and technical issues
  • Analytical thinking
  • Good communication and reporting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills interacting with clients, partners, and subcontractors
  • Proficient English language, other languages can be a plus
  • Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
  • References from previous employers are recommended
