Job Title:
Site Installation and Maintenance Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead site installation and maintenance activities, ensuring seamless operations.


• Location: East Area


• 5 Days work week


• Salary: Competitive + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage site dismantling and reinstatement at HDB and private locations, adhering to timelines.
  • Supervise and manage the installation of 4G sites, guaranteeing quality and efficiency.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 4G and iDEN base station and antenna systems, minimizing downtime.
  • Address customer complaints, offering solutions or alternative recommendations, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning procedures, validating site readiness.
  • Coordinate with building owners, town councils, HDB, contractors, and consultants, fostering strong relationships.
  • Provide standby support after hours and during major events to resolve site issues and customer complaints, guaranteeing business continuity.
  • Prepare technical documentation, supporting project implementation and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma / Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field.
  • Entry level is welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • 1 year of experience in LTE mobile network maintenance will be advantageous.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is required with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
  • Strong understanding of 4G radio access technologies, RF, and antenna systems will be advantageous.
  • Experience in multi-vendor wireless equipment operation and network optimization will be a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Acrobat, and similar tools.
