Technical Support Specialist - On-Site Service and Maintenance

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction. You will troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to Dosing Pumps, install, configure, and maintain customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers in Singapore.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to Dosing Pumps.
  • Install, configure, and maintain customer equipment.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project teams for pre-sales support, proposals, and product training.
  • Travel up to 75% within Singapore for on-site customer service.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering field.
  • 1-3 years of technical support experience.
  • Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
