Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Field Engineer to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist for Construction Sites. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in the construction industry, providing technical support and maintenance services to clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting services to clients at construction sites.
  • Commission and decommission CCTV/software systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Generate detailed service reports after each visit and provide ongoing technical support to clients.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the client or project manager.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic)/IT, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of one year of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A positive attitude and motivated team player mentality.
