Job Title: Site Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a Site Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This includes monitoring system services, activating batch jobs, backing up and restoring data, and performing basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Additionally, you will be working in accordance with a shift schedule, providing 24/7 support to ensure the continuity of our operations.

  • Monitor and maintain the health of our IT systems
  • Ensure all required system services start up successfully
  • Activate necessary batch jobs and ensure successful execution
  • Backup and restore data as needed
  • Perform basic diagnostic and troubleshooting tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A professional certificate or degree in computer science or related field
  • At least one year of relevant working experience
