Job Title: Site Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead site operations and contribute to the success of our projects.

As a Site Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing site operations, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved standards and regulations. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project master programs using Excel or MS Project.

Responsibilities:

  • Tender Exercises: Assist in tender exercises by planning work execution sequences and preparing value engineering proposals.
  • Project Master Program: Develop and maintain the project master program using Excel or MS Project.
  • Quality Control: Prepare and implement the Project Quality Plan on-site, ensuring compliance with approved standards.
  • Material Inspection: Monitor and inspect materials and equipment to ensure quality meets specifications.
  • Risk Assessment: Prepare Method Statements and coordinate with the Safety Team for site risk assessments in accordance with authority requirements.
  • Liaison: Liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary statutory approvals.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections and internal audits to ensure work quality aligns with Building Codes.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation systems to ensure data traceability.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management, quality control, and project planning.
  • Qualifications: Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent.
