Job Title: Technical Support Specialist for Container Handling Equipment

As a seasoned technical support specialist, you will provide on-site training and troubleshooting services for freight container handling equipment in various locations across Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Commissioning and troubleshooting of container handling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing feedback to designers and factory personnel on any issues found during site visits.
  • Developing proposals for new features and enhancements on existing equipment to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • A minimum diploma in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent with 5-8 years of experience in container handling cranes or similar heavy engineering equipment.
  • Good knowledge and experience in debugging PLC programs, diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic controls and feedback.
  • Ability to travel at short notice within the region.
