Job Title: Fundraising and Partnerships Executive
Are you a strategic and results-driven fundraising professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the community? We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising and Partnerships Executive to join our team and help us build sustainable relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors.
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced fundraising professional to develop and execute integrated fundraising strategies across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, events, and foundations/grants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing gifts, sponsorships, or funding partnerships and be able to cultivate and steward relationships with key donors, sponsors, and philanthropic partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an integrated fundraising strategy to grow our impact and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
* Set and monitor annual fundraising targets in collaboration with the Board, CEO, Director, and Finance team.
* Work closely with Services teams to identify funding needs and align fundraising with organisational priorities.
* Cultivate and steward relationships with key donors, sponsors, and philanthropic partners.
* Create meaningful donor experiences, including giving campaigns, engagement events, and reporting touchpoints.
Requirements:
* At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in fundraising, business development, sales, or partnerships (nonprofit or commercial sectors welcome).
* Proven track record of securing gifts, sponsorships, or funding partnerships.
* Experience in donor stewardship and communications, with strong storytelling skills.
* Strategic thinker who can also execute and lead projects independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for building trust.
* Organised, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation.
* Passionate about making a difference through social impact work.
* Familiar with the Charities Act and IPC Governance Standards.
