Analyze donor trends, prepare impact reports, and provide actionable recommendations to inform fundraising strategies.

Champion Innovation:

Pilot new engagement strategies to cultivate long-term support and foster a culture of philanthropy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree holder with 3-5 years' experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with experience working with donor databases and analytics tools.
  • Passion for social causes, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to driving meaningful change.
  • Singapore work eligibility required.
