We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships.

About the Role
  • Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of key fundraising events, including community health days, donor appreciation events, and special campaigns.
  • Grant Research: Conduct research and write grant applications to secure funding from foundation and corporate partners.
  • Impact Measurement: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to donors, highlighting how their contributions have impacted programs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify funding needs and craft targeted fundraising strategies.
  • Communication: Partner with Corporate Communications to create materials effectively communicating our mission and funding needs.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members to build skills and prepare them for leadership roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in fundraising from a Voluntary Welfare Organisation.
  • Skills: Strong event planning and project management skills. Proactive, organized, and detailed team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
