Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Development Fundraising Leader to drive fundraising and partnership development, advancing our mission. This key role will cultivate relationships with major donors, manage a portfolio of prospects and donors, and achieve ambitious fundraising goals.

  • This position is critical in building capacity for a strategic fundraising program, growing philanthropy among stakeholders, and broadening our supporter base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with major donors to support significant fundraising targets annually.

Funds raised will support mission-aligned priorities, including scholarships, sustainability, and innovation. The Development Fundraising Leader will work closely with stakeholders to build a culture of philanthropy and drive growth in our supporter base.
