Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising efforts, driving growth and revenue for our organization. As the key point of contact for donors, stakeholders, and partners, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase donations and secure funding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual fundraising plans aligned with organizational goals and priorities
  • Plan and execute campaigns, events, and appeals to engage donors and secure funding
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners to cultivate long-term support
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities through networks, platforms, and partnerships
  • Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising performance using CRM systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in fundraising, grant writing, or partnership development, including leadership or supervisory roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with expertise in proposal writing and public presentations
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain donor relationships, with a focus on securing repeat business
  • Familiarity with fundraising regulations, charity governance, and financial reporting
