Financial & Strategy Analyst, Fundraising
As a Financial & Strategy Analyst at ThinkBio.Ai, you will play a pivotal role in our fundraising efforts by developing sophisticated financial models, conducting in-depth market research, and creating compelling fundraising materials. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will collaborate closely with the CEO to establish the analytical foundation of our investor narrative. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at translating complex data into persuasive stories and is eager to drive impact in a fast-paced, mission-oriented startup environment.Your key responsibilities will include:- Developing, maintaining, and refining advanced financial models to project company performance.- Conducting comprehensive market research to define and quantify our target market and competitive landscape.- Building and assessing business models to support strategic initiatives and pricing strategies.- Leading the preparation of critical fundraising documents such as investor presentations and financial appendices.- Synthesizing complex financial, market, and scientific information into clear and persuasive narratives for investors and partners.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in analytical roles like investment banking, venture capital, or strategic finance.- Expertise in financial modeling, accounting principles, and valuation methodologies.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for creating investor-ready materials.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in a startup environment or venture capital fundraising process.- Background in biotechnology, healthcare, or AI/SaaS industries.- MBA or CFA designation is a plus.If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for financial analysis and strategic planning, we invite you to join our innovative team at ThinkBio.Ai and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing drug discovery through artificial intelligence.,
