Contract Specialist Job Summary

Job Description:

As a Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role involves working closely with the project management team to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, including negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to identify and mitigate risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, such as construction or engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in contract management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and industry regulations.
