Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Assist the Contract Manager in maintaining and organizing a secure filing system for contracts, agreements, and other critical documents.
  • Update and manage building material schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
  • Prepare, review, and track contract-related documentation, including amendments, renewals, and compliance records.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and document formatting.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Contract Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Contract Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Good written and verbal English skills for professional correspondence and documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong data management abilities.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong team and collaborative skills.
