Job Description
As the Contract Administrator based in Singapore, you will report directly to the Contracts Manager and work closely with the rest of the Development team, making your mark in a number of ways:
You will provide support to the delivery teams on contracts and commercial administration across the entire lifecycle of data centre developments
You will act as a key communicator to internal and external stakeholders on contract and financial matters relating to the development of data centres
Responsibilities
Assist the Contracts Manager in drafting new contracts, variations and contractual correspondence
Raise and generate Purchase Orders and take ownership of tracking and communication of approvals to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the process is facilitated efficiently and effectively
Cost management system super user support – champion the process and assist the development team to ensure costs are allocated correctly with PO’s approved in a highly efficient manner
Assist Contracts Managers in contract lifecycle responsibilities including kick off, delivery and close out of all contracts
Coordinate payments between Development and Finance teams to ensure
