We are a growing recruitment agency passionate about connecting top talent with leading organizations. We are now looking for a
Senior Recruiter
who is eager to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment projects in a fast-paced, commissions-based role - while developing leadership capabilities to eventually step into a team lead role.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Client Management:
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, provide consultative advice, and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
Candidate Engagement:
Build strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, headhunting, referrals, and market mapping.
Market Insights:
Leverage data and market intelligence to advise clients and candidates, ensuring informed decision-making.
Process Improvement:
Contribute to streamlining recruitment workflows, ensuring efficiency and consistency in candidate and client experience.
Mentorship & Team Support:
Act as a role model for junior recruiters, providing guidance and support in daily recruitment activities.
Requirements
4–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within an agency/RPO environment.
Proven track record in delivering end-to-end recruitment, especially across GOV/IT.
Strong relationship management skills with both clients and candidates.
Confident in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job portals).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Driven, adaptable, and proactive, with a strong desire to step into a leadership role.
