The role of a Customer Service Representative involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to meet the needs of clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Issuing sales orders and processing customer requests
- Preparing quotations and communicating with customers regarding their queries
About the Job:
This is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with an alternate Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work in a team environment, and possess basic computer literacy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A level or higher qualification in any field;
Broad experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office setting;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel)
