Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • The incumbent will handle all front office transactions, including check-in and check-out, cash handling, and foreign currency exchange.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the representative will interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders on a daily basis.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in customer-facing role advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Good command of English language and any additional languages an added advantage
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
