Customer Service Representative Job Description



We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to contribute to our retail environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory tasks.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by dusting, vacuuming, and restocking shelves.
  • Assist with sales tasks including operating a cash register, processing transactions, and handling customer payments.
  • Support stock management tasks by receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required such as cleaning and maintenance tasks.
