Job Description
We are seeking a Product Expert and Customer Advocate to join our team.
This role involves developing a deep understanding of product features, technical specifications, and competitive advantages. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex details into clear value propositions for customers.
The successful candidate will conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams. They will also provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience dealing with retailers and/or consumers in a retail or consumer goods company.
- Proficiency in at least 2 languages including English is mandatory.
- Pleasant personality and enjoy serving customers.
- Retail sales and/or customer service experience will be advantageous.
- Able to commit to a 5-day work week including some weekends where required.
