Customer Success Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving growth and retention, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

The Customer Success Expert will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and maintaining strategic business relationships with clients to drive adoption, assess value received, and assist in revenue expansion.
  2. Establishing regular touchpoints with assigned clients to review progress against strategic business and technical product objectives.
  3. Developing and maintaining engagement with senior client executives to understand their strategic objectives and position the company for their transformation initiatives.
  4. Developing a deep understanding of a client's business, use cases, and desired outcomes to guide them to achieve these via the company's product and services.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science or equivalent technical education and at least 5 years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, client relationship, or technical fields. An MBA is also desirable.
