Administration Manager
to lead and oversee all administrative functions of the company.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
Develop, review, and implement administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Lead and supervise the administration team, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards.
Oversee office management, procurement, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and workplace safety standards.
Coordinate with senior management on business support functions and operational requirements.
Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of proven experience in administration or operations management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with administrative systems/software.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
