Administrative Manager (Aircon Industry Experience)
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure the efficient operation of the business. - Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures and systems to ensure effective and efficient operations. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff and provide feedback and coaching as necessary. - Manage and maintain employee records, including attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions. - Oversee the recruitment, hiring and training of new administrative staff. - Manage office supplies, equipment and inventory. - Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and travel arrangements. - Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in aircon-related industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage and motivate staff. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
