About The Role – Head Of Business Development
As
Head of Business Development , you'll be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy. You'll initiate thoughtful, high-level conversations, guide aligned individuals through a proven discovery process, and represent solutions that deliver real-world results.
This is not a traditional sales role. It's a strategic partnership opportunity—designed for those who want to apply their background in business, leadership, or client development toward something more rewarding, more flexible, and more meaningful.
What You'll Be Doing
Connect with qualified prospects through professional channels and guided outreach via online advising platforms.
Share high-value leadership offerings using a consultative, client-centered approach
Guide individuals through our structured discovery and alignment process
Leverage digital platforms (Zoom, CRM, email) to manage communications and follow-up
Participate in regular development sessions and peer collaboration
Set personal benchmarks, track performance, and continually refine your approach

5+ years of experience in business development, consultative sales, partnerships, or client success
Clear communicator with the ability to lead and influence purposefully
Self-directed professionals who bring structure, focus, and heart to their work
Those drawn to personal development, and ready to make a bigger impact in the world
Comfortable with digital tools and remote collaboration
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Familiarity with online advertising platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, etc. (full training will be provided)
