Make an Impact by
Lead a Pre-Sales Team to provide technical support to Sales Team on Managed Roaming business development.
Developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
To support Business Managers for new leads on technical solution proposal preparation and preaching.
To handle customer onboarding and subsequent customization deployment.
To co-ordinate customers with various technical stakeholders including platform vendor, IT & Network teams on customer onboarding, plan creation, platform & network changes.
To provide after sales technical support. Understand customers' needs and pain points to address the queries and provide suggestions or solutions.
To handle customer complaints on technical aspects and perform high level troubleshooting before escalating to network operations.
To liaise with network and platform vendor on license and platform expansion.
To evaluate network and platform vendors' change requests
To manage and develop platform capability to cater with evolving business.
Skills for Success
Degree in IT technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Min 8 years of experience in a pre-sales and/or product development environment
Comfortable with numbers
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong in problem solving, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills.
