We are currently looking for a **Sales Director **with a local/regional focus and will be the owner of the customer relationship and Roam Digital sales process through the handoff to account management and delivery. The SD is responsible for selling a minimum of $3m in booked revenue to new customers in the first year. They are supported by Practice Leaders (PLs) across our service disciplines throughout the pursuit process and sales campaign. While the SD is responsible for owning the entirety of the process, PLs assist with presentations, estimating engagements, and proposal development
**Your new job**
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to create a sales plan tied to a Targeted Account List
- Create a pipeline of opportunities with a total value of three times the sales quota within the Target Account List
- Capture weekly sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales forecast meetings
- Collaborate with the Office Sales Leadership to develop the proper pursuit team for each opportunity
- Collaborate with Marketing for orchestrated prospecting activities
- Collaborate with Managing Director and Legal to successfully negotiate Statement of Work (SOW) terms and conditions with prospects

**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Hunter mentality with a complete focus on new business development
- 7+ years of Solution Sales experience in Technology Consulting, Design Research, User Experience, and/or Enterprise Technology
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in order to liaise between the user community, executive sponsors, and the Roam Digital team & partners
- Customer-centric, relationship-driven
- Highly collaborative, self-starter
- Experience in consulting /creative/digital agency experience or custom development sales background (or experience) is preferable
