**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in driving new business and partnership collaboration with industry players (including students studying overseas, Standard Chartered Bank Wholesale Roaming Partnership, Shell Partnership for Malaysia outbound roamers & etc.)
- Able to perform market scanning and provide insights business landscape.
- Support VoLTE Roaming rollout to mitigate Singtel 3G network sunset as well as roaming partners 3G/2G networks shutdown.
- Support new GSMA Billing and Charging Evolution (BCE) launch for 5G Stand Alone roaming.
- Coordinating roaming activities/discussions with both internal (operations, networks IT) and external stakeholders (Partners, Telcos, Merchants)

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Communication, Business Administration, Marketing or similar
- At least 1 years’ experience in Roaming or any other experience which requires some level of financial understanding & partnership management
- Partnership management
- Good MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Able to work with internal systems and work with stakeholders to delivery partnership ideas
- Enjoys coordination and has good organizational skill
- Be a good team player
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
