As an Associate Product Manager in Amplify Health, you will support and work closely with the lead - product manager on the Chronic disease management product and take ownership of various tasks across the design, build and deployment phase of the product. As an associate product manager you will collaborate and coordinate with engineers, designers, data scientists, vendor, customer support team and specialists to deliver on tasks essential for the development of the product. The roles also involve managing production operations and marketing. We are looking to build a team of entrepreneurial Product Managers at varying levels of seniority to who are passionate about high-quality B2B health care solutions.

You will report to the Lead - Product manager (CDM product)

**How you would make a difference**
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at different levels of seniority and from various functional areas. Lead, mentor, and coach team members of cross-functional teams, who may or may not be direct reports.
- **Research & Development**: Ongoing assessment of products and features. Building and testing hypotheses to deliver the best customer experience and value to the business. Creating a deep understanding of existing assets available across the organisation and optimising use of existing assets to augment the product and accelerate existing product development and timelines
- **Product Planning**: Work with lead product manager to develop the product roadmap and implementation plan. Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog. Work closely with business development and advisory teams to gather and create user requirements and translate them into product specifications. Integrate usability studies, research, and technical enablers into product requirements. Ensure experimentation is at the heart of all product development. Build and test hypotheses to deliver the best customer experience and value for the business.
- **Product Operations**:Responsible for leading the product operations function including managing the vendor’s customer support and operations team

**What you need to be successful**

Work experience:
At a baseline, we are looking for talented individuals with at least two years of experience, however we are actively recruiting for additional roles where more experience is preferable. As a minimum:

- Background in engineering, technology or UX is preferred
- Relevant years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner with software products, incl. customer development, product discovery, agile and lean delivery principles and methodologies required
- Experience in insurance and/or health tech preferred
- Experience launching and scaling digital products with demonstrated business outcomes required

Education/certifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
- Product Management certification (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified Scrum Product Owner, etc.) advantageous

Skills/Knowledge:

- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical and business concepts to communicate with stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other relevant project management tools Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor; strong analytical and quantitative skills
