As a Management Associate, it is essential to be both a creative team member and a willing learner in the organisation, as he/she will be working closely with the marketing, sales, business development and product development teams to craft lucrative business strategies. He/she will be heavily involved in the business decision-making process and the alignment of operational planning to strategic goals.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with other functions to ensure the successful launch of new brands and products.
- Evaluate current and alternative products, and conduct research of new products to ensure market’s needs and

demands are met.
- Develop product portfolio strategy based on actionable market intelligence, customer insights and competitive

analysis.
- Execute, monitor, and analyse the agreed strategic plan to ensure sustainable growth of product portfolio

(market share and profitability).
- Monitor and analyse product performance and take corrective actions or identify necessary product

improvement; ensure prompt implementation of corrective/ improvement measures.
- Oversee product lifecycle management (PLM) with a focus on new product development (NPD).
- Review product costing and pricing proposal.
- Build and ensure product knowledge competency by effectively conveying product value proposition to

marketing and sales teams.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned

**Requirement**
- Fresh graduates from all faculties are welcome
- Keen learner, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Able to multi-task & work under stress
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in both English and Mandarin
- A positive attitude to continued learning

**Working Hours**
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm,
Every Saturday 8.30am - 1pm
