Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration process Define data migration requirements, strategy, and scope, including tool selection and migration methodologies Coordinate data mapping, data cleansing, and transformation tasks Plan and manage cutover activities, identifying and mitigating risks Manage communication and coordination among project stakeholders, including Japan HQ and international offices Prepare clear documentation and regular progress reports Support business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives related to system changes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing industry SAP system migration projects Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, especially with PP, SD, MM, and FI modules Minimum 3 years of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience Ability to document migration strategies using PowerPoint and Excel Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (in order to communicate effectively with Japanese speaking clients)Familiarity with mcframe, experience using ETL tools such as SAP Data Services or DataSpider and Knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite is a plus Why Join Us At ABeam Consulting, we place a strong emphasis on collaboration, and helping our employees grow and develop their skills, offering a supportive and empowering work environment.
