Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our team as a Regional Senior HR Executive.

  • Manage full-cycle payroll processing for the assigned country/region, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and support internal or external audits.
  • Contribute to the annual salary review cycle, bonus and incentive calculations.
  • Maintain up-to-date C&B records in HR systems and generate relevant reports.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on compensation planning, budgeting, and policy updates.
  • Ensure alignment with internal controls and external statutory regulations.
  • Support broader C&B projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements

Key qualifications include:

  • Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act and local payroll practices.
  • Minimum 5 years in Compensation & Benefits, including hands-on payroll processing.
  • Prior experience in a multinational or regional environment is preferred.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
